My client, a leading multinational is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for an initial 3 moth contract and an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be someone with CPG/FMCG/Consumer Goods Manufacturing experience.

It is essential and a must have to have experience in ServiceNow ITSM with demonstrable experience working on Service Request/Service Catalogue and Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.

The role is not a ServiceNow developer, but we need a BA well versed in the platform and not a generalist.
