Summary: The ServiceNow Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner role is focused on leveraging extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform to manage strategic portfolio management and transformation projects. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively within a distributed, multicultural team. The candidate will be involved in leading workshops and preparing demos while adhering to Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner capacity.
- Manage strategic portfolio management including PPM, demand, project, resource management, and strategic planning.
- Participate in large transformation projects and apply knowledge of CSDM.
- Collaborate effectively within a distributed, multicultural team environment.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and adapt communication to various audiences.
- Lead workshops and prepare and run demos.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner roles on the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
- Experience with strategic portfolio management and transformation projects.
- Familiarity with CSDM.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- A team player with a positive attitude and open mindset.

Methodology & Functional Common Skills:
