Role Summary
The ServiceNow Business Analyst will work with stakeholders and the ServiceNow Platform Team to translate prioritized Epic demand into clear, actionable requirements for development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with NWH ServiceNow and business teams to elicit and document requirements
• Translate user stories and demand requests into functional and technical specifications
• Support design decisions aligned to ServiceNow outofthebox best practices
• Collaborate with developers through build, test, and UAT phases
• Support UAT readiness and client signoff

• Welldefined, approved requirements and user stories
• Reduced rework through clear documentation and alignment
• Successful UAT completion and stakeholder acceptance
