ServiceNow Architect With SPM & APM REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage demand, project, and portfolio management within ServiceNow SPM.
• Oversee data migration from Microsoft Project to SPM.
• Integrate ServiceNow SPM with enterprise tools such as Jira and SAP/Oracle Financials.
• Configure ServiceNow, including scripting and workflow design.
• Design dashboards, reports, and KPIs for visibility at executive levels.
• Engage with stakeholders, including CXO and VP levels, to ensure alignment and communication.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in SPM/PPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management and PPM.
• Expertise in Agile Development and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
