Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, business requirements, and processes.
• Create solutions and ServiceNow blueprints.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate them for the development teams.
• Facilitate and manage the successful adoptions of ServiceNow.
• Identify best practices for implementing customized needs of internal clients.
• Assist project managers and application developers with proposals to migrate tools and processes into ServiceNow modules and applications.
• Regularly meet with the application development team to provide technical expertise for implementation of blueprints.
• Assist project managers with creating custom training needs for various operational teams.
• Review developed solutions and assist with performance optimization based on user experience.
