Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role involves collaborating with the Client Enterprise Architect to design, build, and configure applications while serving as the primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders. The position requires creating various design documents and user stories aligned with business requirements and platform architecture. Additionally, the architect will analyze data and facilitate the migration of applications to the Client platform. The role also includes leading training sessions and enhancing data sources for improved system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure applications in collaboration with the Client Enterprise Architect.
- Create System design, High Level Design, Low Level Design, and user stories based on business requirements.
- Analyze data and manage the migration of applications to the Client platform.
- Interface with domain and enterprise architects to discuss and capture requirements.
- Perform FSD reviews and impact assessments.
- Coordinate development efforts with the scrum team.
- Develop innovative solutions using Client Flow Designer.
- Lead training sessions on IT Service Management best practices.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Client Data Sources and Integrations.
Key Skills:
- Experience with OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer.
- Understanding of Client data model, tables, and workflows.
- Certified CSA, CAD, CIS; CTA and/or CMA certification is a plus.
- Ability to analyze requirements and recommend solution options.
- Experience in governance and change control for enhancements.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
