Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the telecom domain.
- Develop scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements.
- Work extensively on TNI and TSM modules for telecom service operations and network management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow with external systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, and ERP platforms.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance, and performance standards.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow initiatives.
- Conduct platform upgrades, performance optimization, and architecture reviews.
