The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales discussions and discovery sessions with clients.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare solution proposals, estimates, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop winning solutions.
- Provide technical guidance during deal qualification and proposal development.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow products and industry best practices.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and customer presentations.
- Ability to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and prepare technical proposals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS/CAD certifications are preferred.
