Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales discussions and discovery sessions with clients.
  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Prepare solution proposals, estimates, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop winning solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance during deal qualification and proposal development.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow products and industry best practices.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including solution architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and customer presentations.
  • Ability to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and prepare technical proposals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow CSA/CIS/CAD certifications are preferred.
