Summary: The ServiceNow Architect for ITSM & ITOM is responsible for leading the architecture and development of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and ITOM implementations. This role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow, including scripting and integration technologies, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Architect and develop ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM and ITOM.
  • Implement modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Utilize ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Proven expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting and integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or ITOM required; Certified Application Developer preferred.
