Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role focuses on leading the implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. The position requires extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and hands-on technical skills, along with a strong understanding of enterprise governance and automation strategies. The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while demanding a high level of expertise in various IT domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Oversee platform security, Performance Analytics, and enterprise governance.
- Utilize JavaScript, Glide APIs, and various scripting techniques for customization and integration.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, and other monitoring tools.
- Implement automation strategies and leverage AIOps and GenAI/Now Assist where applicable.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Service Portal/Employee Center, platform security, Performance Analytics, and enterprise governance.
- Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, monitoring tools, and IAM platforms.
- Familiarity with AIOps, GenAI/Now Assist, and automation strategies is a plus.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect.
- ServiceNow certifications (CTA, CSA, CIS-ITSM/ITOM/HRSD) are highly preferred.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or other regulated environments is a plus.
