Summary: This contract remote role for a ServiceNow Consultant/Architect (IRM/GRC) involves designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions. The architect will lead the development of custom software modules, integrate ServiceNow with external systems, and provide expert guidance to the implementation team. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining technical documentation, and mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM and GRC modules for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for GRC/IRM workflows, risk management, policy management, audit management, and compliance automation.
- Architect and optimize ServiceNow platform integrations, customizations, and automation for GRC/IRM use cases.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers on GRC/IRM best practices and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Support client engagements from discovery through deployment, including solution demos, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform enhancements, GRC/IRM trends, and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and consulting.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow IRM and GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, and Compliance.
- Relevant certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Architect (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (IRM/GRC) preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOX, GDPR), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
- Strong experience in Software Development and Integration.
