Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role requires a candidate with over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including a minimum of 3 years in a lead or architect capacity. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and emerging modules.
- Lead and architect ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server.
- Maintain platform integrity and optimize CMDB structure while enforcing best practices.
- Manage ServiceNow update sets, version control, deployment processes, and platform governance.
- Apply ITIL frameworks to map processes to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Utilize agile methodologies for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

- Expertise in designing solutions to maintain platform integrity, optimize CMDB structure, and enforce best practices in performance, scalability, and usability.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow update sets, version control, deployment processes, and platform governance frameworks to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL frameworks, particularly Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Configuration Management, and the ability to map these processes to ServiceNow capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
NICE TO HAVE:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced ServiceNow features such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to drive operational efficiencies.
- Healthcare industry/client experience in ServiceNow (big plus).
- Big firm / large enterprise background (ex: Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Booz Allen type environments) with interest in moving to a smaller/hypergrowth firm
- Hands-on background that blends architecture with practical dev depth (lead dev who can roadmap/own SDLC-style thinking)
