- Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization.
- Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection.
- Leverage cloud concepts (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc.) for discovery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
- Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications (mandatory).
