Summary: The ServiceNow Architect will manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules. This role involves designing configurations, integrating external platforms, maintaining the CMDB, and automating processes. The architect will also lead client discussions and ensure best practices are followed. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity based remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules.
  • Configure workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Manage and enhance ITOM functions: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Cloud Management.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain accurate CMDB with Discovery & Service Mapping best practices.
  • Automate processes via Flow Designer, workflows, scripting.
  • Deliver dashboards & performance analytics.
  • Lead client meetings, roadmap development, and technical consultant assignments.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
  • 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Certifications (Compulsory): CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web-based languages (CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, Glide).
  • Hands-on ITSM/ITOM configuration and integration experience.
  • Strong ITIL understanding and agile methodology exposure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
