Summary: The ServiceNow Architect (ITSM/ITOM) is tasked with managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the design and configuration of ITSM/ITOM modules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules.
  • Configure workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Manage and enhance ITOM functions: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Cloud Management.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain accurate CMDB with Discovery & Service Mapping best practices.
  • Automate processes via Flow Designer, workflows, scripting.
  • Deliver dashboards & performance analytics.
  • Lead client meetings, roadmap development, and technical consultant assignments.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
  • 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Certifications (Compulsory): CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web-based languages (CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, Glide).
  • Hands-on ITSM/ITOM configuration and integration experience.
  • Strong ITIL understanding and agile methodology exposure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
