Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role at Aspire IT Solutions involves designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The architect will act as a strategic advisor and technical leader, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and integration with enterprise systems. This position requires deep technical expertise and strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders. The role is fully remote and spans a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other enterprise modules.
  • Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership for integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (cloud, legacy, and third-party platforms).
  • Oversee the design of data models, workflows, and security configurations within the platform.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on ServiceNow implementation, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Flows).
  • Perform platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Partner with ServiceNow Product Owners to plan and manage upgrades, releases, and new capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
  • Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
  • Proven experience designing integrations using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and orchestration tools.
  • Experience in ServiceNow CMDB design and implementation at enterprise scale.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
