Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role involves leading an IRM implementation project for a consultancy, requiring expertise in ServiceNow and previous IRM project experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IRM implementation project for a consultancy.
- Take responsibility for high-level designs (HLDs) and defining integration points with CMDB and ITSM.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the project, providing technical authority.
- Collaborate with the consultancy's technical team and advise the customer on requirements and best practices.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least one recent IRM/GRC project.
- Background in ITSM and CMDB.
- Ability to design and deliver enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certification.
Salary (Rate): £650.00 daily

**Previous IRM implementation / project experience required for this role.
Working on behalf of a consultancy to deliver an IRM implementation. The business are looking for someone to take responsibility for HLD's, defining integration points with CMDB & ITSM. You'll be SME on the project and provide technical authority, working with consultancy side tech team and working with the customer for advising, requirement aligning and ensuring best practice followed across both architecture and config.
Experience required:
- 5+ yrs of ServiceNow experience required (with at least 1x recent IRM/GRC project included)
- Background with ITSM and CMDB at minimum
- Comfortable designing and delivering enterprise level SN solutions
- Comfortable working with stakeholders
- SN certified
