Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect role is focused on supporting transversal design topics with a particular emphasis on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow. The position requires extensive experience in CSM architecture, portal management, and integrations, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The architect will play a crucial role in designing and prototyping solutions while collaborating with the team to optimize processes. This is a long-term contract position that is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow.
- Utilize expertise in CSM Portal and integrations to enhance system functionality.
- Manage and customize portals, ensuring effective data exchange between various components.
- Design and prototype solutions leveraging ServiceNow product capabilities.
- Communicate complex topics effectively to non-IT audiences and provide support during design activities.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization within the system.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and support project goals.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 6+ years focused on CSM and CSM Portal.
- Strong knowledge of CSDM and product roadmap awareness.
- Proficient in Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Platform core features, including CMDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design and prototype solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Proactive team player willing to support and assist in challenging situations.

Technical & Functional Experience:
- Good knowledge of CSDM
- Excellent product roadmap awareness
- Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
- Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
- Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…).
- Portal management and customization
- Excellent knowledge of CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal , Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences)
- 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 6+ years on CSM & CSM Portal.
- Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
