The consultant MUST HAVE strong Architecture and Design experience SPM and HRSD.
Candidates must also have strong experience with Implementations.
CTA Certification is a nice to have but not required.
Candidates must have excellent communication and be able to clearly articulate their skillset as it relates to their resume.
