Summary: The ServiceNow Architect will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining a CSDM-compliant data strategy for a leading consultancy. This position involves supporting clients through the go-live and business adoption stages while ensuring high-quality outputs and governance. The role requires extensive experience in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, particularly in regulated industries. The position is remote and offers a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the delivery of a legacy system upgrade and support clients through the go-live stage and business adoption.
- Develop and implement a Common Service Data Model (CSDM)-compliant data strategy.
- Define and execute technology changes for sustainable and accurate ServiceNow data.
- Lead governance activities to ensure high-quality and timely outputs.
- Represent Data Services to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in a regulated industry.
- Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM, CMDB and CSM.
- Proficient with ServiceNow in both Public and Private cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within Financial Services or Insurance industry would be highly beneficial.
