Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, integration, and implementation of an FNT-to-Sunbird DCIM migration leveraging ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow architecture, including CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Lead FNT-to-Sunbird migration, data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Create technical architecture documents, migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
- Manage technical governance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and deployment readiness.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, and integrations.
- Experience with FNT and Sunbird DCIM, preferably in migration and implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with data center infrastructure, asset inventory, rack management, power, and connectivity.
- Strong technical leadership and documentation skills.
Preferred: ServiceNow CTA, CAA, CSA, or relevant CIS certifications.
