Key Responsibilities:
- Support on transversal design topics with a focus on OnePortal integration.
- Manage and customize the CSM Portal and its integrations.
- Utilize expertise in CSDM, Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
- Engage in designing and prototyping solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Communicate complex topics effectively to non-IT audiences.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate as a team player to assist in challenging situations.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in CSM and CSM Portal.
- Strong knowledge of CSDM and ServiceNow core features.
- Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
