ServiceNow Architect (AI Control Tower/Workflow Data Fabric)

Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a strong consulting background to design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI Control Tower, Workflow Data Fabric, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Candidates should come from a consulting background with architecture-level implementation experience. Profiles with primarily Developer or Administrator experience will not be considered.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience or similar Enterprise SaaS platform experience.
• 5+ years of practitioner experience in one or more of the following:
• Infrastructure Operations
• Internal Controls / Audit
• Security Operations
• Asset Management
• Hands-on experience with AI Control Tower and Workflow Data Fabric.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Strong consulting background with enterprise client implementations.

Required ServiceNow Certifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD))
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
