ServiceNow Architect - Remote - 12 months+

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a project team, providing technical leadership across the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow architecture experience, knowledge across key modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM, and relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and architecture aligned with platform best practices
• Participate in Discovery and Implementation phases, adapting ServiceNow solutions to the customer's existing landscape
• Review proposed designs, architecture and solutions as part of Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow architecture and implementation decisions
• Ensure best practices are followed across platform configuration, customisation and development
• Drive technical decisions around scalability, security, performance and maintainability
• Identify opportunities to optimise the ServiceNow platform and maximise the value of the implementation

Requirements

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution/Technical Architect
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM
• Proven experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow architectures
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices, configuration and customisation
• Experience participating in ARB/design review processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CIS preferred
• Experience working across the Discovery and Implementation lifecycle
