Summary: The ServiceNow HAM/SAM Application Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules within ServiceNow. This role involves developing custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and form views to support the asset lifecycle. The specialist will collaborate with various process leads to ensure effective asset management. The position is remote based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules in ServiceNow.
- Develop custom scripts, workflows, integrations, form views, and record producers.
- Support the hardware and software asset lifecycle within the ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate with the Asset Management Process Lead and Configuration Process Lead.
Key Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically HAM and SAM modules.
- Proficiency in developing custom scripts and workflows.
