Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow AIOps Consultant/Architect for a long-term remote engagement. The candidate should possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps, with a focus on hands-on implementation and architecture design. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow AIOps solutions
  • Integrate enterprise monitoring and observability tools with ServiceNow
  • Design and develop AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models
  • Configure alert management, event correlation, noise reduction policies, and predictive analytics
  • Develop automation solutions using various ServiceNow tools
  • Design and implement orchestration workflows and self-healing capabilities
  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Monitoring, and ITSM teams
  • Lead client workshops, gather requirements, prepare solution designs, and conduct testing
  • Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring and operational efficiency

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong focus on ITOM and AIOps

  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning-based anomaly detection and event correlation

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps capabilities, including Event Management, Metric Intelligence, Health Log Analytics, and automation/orchestration solutions. This role requires hands-on implementation experience, architecture design skills, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
