Summary: The role involves implementing and configuring ServiceNow AIOps, focusing on various components such as Event Management and Machine Learning-based anomaly detection. The position requires designing AIOps architecture and developing automation workflows while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Agent client collector implementation, and Machine Learning-based anomaly detection.
  • Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc) into ServiceNow.
  • Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
  • Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
  • Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
  • Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITOM, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management) good to have.
