Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom user interfaces, forms, and portals within ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Create, configure, and maintain complex workflows and business logic using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and business rules.
  • Develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow's App Engine Studio to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions and designs.
  • Customize and extend core ServiceNow applications to align with company processes and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to UI and workflow functionality, providing technical support and solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's IntegrationHub is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in developing with Service Portal, including custom widgets, themes, and pages.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and the ability to work with various modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or HR Service Delivery.
