Job Description
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and AI Control Tower.
Hands-on experience in AI Governance, AI Risk & Compliance, and AI Asset Management.
Experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Agent Studio, and Generative AI.
Configure AI lifecycle management, governance workflows, policies, assessments, and dashboards.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and integrations.
Knowledge of AI security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
