An experienced Solution Architect who has extensive experience in AI/Agentic AI/Now Assist.
Certifications: CAD, CSA and 2 CIS
Communication Skills: Good on US SOIL
Details
- We need someone who is able to decompose concepts, reimagine their application, and be able to clearly articulate the thought process behind it. The customer is detail oriented, and has a thorough line of questioning.
- SA is to guide the TC's, be the face of technical matters with client and unpack requirements for the TC's.
- Resource request for a Platform Architect to oversee the AI agents workstream capable of supporting the team.
- ServiceNow platform architecture (senior level)
- AI orchestration and multi-agent design patterns
- Human-in-the-loop workflow design
- Risk and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems
