Summary: The ServiceNow Administrator role involves providing 24/7 operational support and managing system configurations and user roles within ServiceNow. The position requires collaboration with both U.S.-based and offshore teams to ensure system availability and effective integration with other platforms. The administrator will also be responsible for module lifecycle management and knowledge sharing with internal teams. This is a remote position based in the USA, classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with one U.S.-based and one offshore team member to ensure round-the-clock system availability.
- Deploy updates, manage system configurations, and oversee release cycles across ServiceNow instances.
- Create, update, and audit user accounts, groups, and role assignments.
- Install, upgrade, and decommission ServiceNow modules as required.
- Maintain and enhance integrations with platforms such as Jira, GitLab, and Q-Test. Design and implement new integrations where needed.
- Operate independently from day one and provide guidance to internal teams through knowledge transfer and best practice training.
Key Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration.
