Summary: The Service Sales Director for the UK and Nordics will lead and manage the service sales team to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth in the region. This role requires the development and implementation of sales strategies, effective customer relationship management, and execution of sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service sales team to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth in the UK and Nordics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase market share.
- Establish a regular and rigorous sales cadence to measure activities and achieve sales plans.
- Translate the sales strategy for the team into tactical day-to-day actions and support the delivery of sales initiatives.
- Ensure country sales plan, territory plans, and account plans are in place and regularly maintained.
- Review sales coverage to ensure resources are utilized effectively by matching them to verticals, territories, and customers.
- Ensure sales managers perform sales call coaching sessions with each member of the sales team.
- Provide timely feedback and effective performance management of individuals within the sales team.
- Engage in recruiting, selection, and retention activities to build a strong sales team.
- Develop, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities with high conversion rates.

What will you be doing?
- Lead and manage the service sales team to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth in the UK and Nordics for service agreements, equipment repairs, large modernisation projects, spare parts, and building controls.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase market share.
- Establish a regular and rigorous sales cadence to measure activities and achieve sales plans.
- Translate the sales strategy for the team into tactical day to day actions and support the delivery of sales initiatives.
- Ensure country sales plan, territory plans, and account plans are in place and regularly maintained.
- Review sales coverage to ensure resources are utilized effectively by matching them to verticals, territories, and customers which maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure sales managers perform sales call coaching sessions with each member of the sales team.
- Perform individual sales caching with sales managers.
- Provide timely feedback and effective performance management of individuals within the sales team.
