Summary: The ServiceNow Catalogue Editor role is a remote position focused on configuring and managing catalogue items within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable configuring and reviewing catalogue items rather than only describing requirements.

ServiceNow platform experience

  • Hands on experience working within ServiceNow, specifically in Catalogue and Request Management Catalogue Builder.

Update set discipline

  • Practical experience and understanding of update sets to manage, track, and promote changes between environments.

Request fulfilment and workflow awareness

  • Familiarity with request workflows and/or Flow Designer and how fulfilment logic supports operational teams.
  • Able to identify where Legacy workflows introduce unnecessary complexity.
