Service Management consultants

Introduction

As a Service Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes. This includes handling service orders, contracts, subscriptions, billing, revenue integration, finance, SD, order management, digital payments, invoicing, and configuring solution quotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including service orders, contracts, subscriptions, billing, and revenue integration.
• Design and configure solution quotations for complex, multi-component service offerings.
• Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using solution quotation and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit-to-standard analysis, and identify gaps.
• Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms.
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional processes including finance, revenue recognition, SD/order management, digital payments, and invoicing.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios.
• Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including Functional Design Specifications and process flow diagrams.

Requirements

• Experience in S/4 HANA Service Management
• Knowledge of contracts, subscriptions, billing, revenue integration, finance, SD, order management, digital payments, invoicing, and configuring solution quotations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in leading or supporting testing activities
• Documentation skills for preparing high-quality documentation
