Service Desk Analyst - Remote

Location: Fully Remote - UK only
Rate: £140-£150 per day
Role: Service Desk Analyst/1st-1.5 Line Support
Experience: Minimum 2 years commercial IT support

Service Desk Analyst required for a fully remote UK-based contract role supporting users in a large enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will provide remote Service Desk support, managing tickets, supporting Microsoft-based technologies and working to SLAs in a structured corporate IT environment.
