Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote Service Desk support to users in a large enterprise environment.

Key Skills:

- Strong M365/O365 support skills.
- Active Directory administration experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience supporting users in a large company/enterprise environment.
- Exposure to Intune/mobile device support, VPN support, Citrix, Exchange administration, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and ITIL.
- Experience in professional services, legal, finance, consultancy, or other corporate-sector support.
