Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with tools such as Miro, Lucid and Figma
  • Experience working to government or enterprise digital standards is highly desirable

Service Designer – IT Service Management & Digital Transformation

Location: Remote (UK)

Contract: Initial 6 Months

Rate: Inside IR35

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded Service Designer to support major digital transformation and IT-enabled service improvement programmes. This role sits at the heart of an agile multidisciplinary teams, shaping end-to-end services that are efficient, scalable and genuinely user-centred. You’ll work across the full lifecycle — from discovery through to live — mapping current and future states, aligning digital solutions with operational realities, and helping organisations modernise complex services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing end-to-end services across people, process and technology
