Service Designer – Contract – Healthcare Fully Remote | 6 Months | Up to £650/day | Inside IR35

We’re looking for a senior-level Service Designer to join a high-profile healthcare transformation programme within central government. You’ll play a key role in shaping end-to-end services that deliver real value to users and meet strategic goals.

You should have:

  • Extensive experience designing services in healthcare
  • Deep knowledge of the GDS Service Standard, including service mapping, blueprinting and end-to-end journey design
  • A track record of leading design activity across complex policy and delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to align user needs with business objectives and policy intent
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside researchers, content designers, developers, and product managers

Contract Details:

  • Up to £650 p/d
