We seek a senior Service Designer contractor to join our global client in the UK for government projects - designing end-to-end service journeys. Contract role (Inside IR35) via Dexian UK - Duration: up to 2 years with potential for further extension Remote role - with occasional business travels Full-time assignment Possession of an Active SC clearance is required

Responsibilities:

  • Your work will involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of government.
  • Work with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts.
  • Have responsibility across complex services.
  • Help set direction and embed good practice within teams.
  • Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others.

Requirements:

  • Relevant service designer work experience.
  • Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions, related risks and any unresolved issues.
  • Proficiency in designing interactive and technological solutions.
  • Ability to design solutions integrating visual design, graphic representation and interface design.
  • Proficiency in analysing, synthesising, and clearly explaining complex evidence relevant to users or a service, for example, large data sets.
