Summary: We are looking for a senior Service Designer contractor to work on government projects in the UK, focusing on designing end-to-end service journeys. This remote role requires an active SC clearance and involves collaboration with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts. Requirements:

- Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions, related risks and any unresolved issues.
- Proficiency in designing interactive and technological solutions.
- Ability to design solutions integrating visual design, graphic representation and interface design.
- Proficiency in analysing, synthesising, and clearly explaining complex evidence relevant to users or a service, for example, large data sets.
