Detailed Description From Employer:

Senior Service Designer (Discovery) – UK Government – 6 weeks – £750–£850/day (Inside IR35) I’m looking for a Senior Service Designer for a short discovery piece with a UK government department. This is a fast turnaround project reviewing the department’s help and guidance / support offer across their website — identifying crossovers, gaps, pain points and opportunities for improvement. The core output will be a service blueprint of the current support journey, supported by stakeholder research. Full time contract, 6 weeks, ideally starting w/c 16th February (some flexibility), with discovery needing to complete by 31st March. Remote (UK-based). It would be useful if you can occasionally visit the London office, but it’s not essential. Rate: £750–£850/day inside IR35. Non-negotiable: you must have strong UK government / GDS standards experience (ideally with support / guidance journeys). You’ll work alongside an in-house team of user researchers and a performance analyst. Interviews will run 11th–12th Feb (30 mins) and will include a short pre-call activity to show your approach.
