We're currently looking for an experienced Service Designer to join one of our leading Telecommunications clients on an exciting transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and improve end-to-end customer experiences across a range of products and services, working within cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

Key Requirements

• We're looking for a Service Designer who can demonstrate:
• Strong experience working across multiple products, services, or customer journeys.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and user impact, with clear examples of how their work improved outcomes, engagement, efficiency, or satisfaction.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Deep expertise in creating and maintaining detailed service blueprints and mapping complex service ecosystems.
• Experience designing holistic end-to-end experiences that consider people, processes, technology, and operational requirements.
• A highly collaborative approach, working effectively with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding and application of Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles and methodologies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and improving customer-centric services across a portfolio of telecom products.
• Creating service blueprints, journey maps, and other service design artefacts.
• Identifying pain points and opportunities through research and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborating across teams to align business objectives with customer needs.
• Driving service improvements that deliver measurable value for customers and users.
• Supporting product and transformation initiatives through strategic service design thinking.

• Rate: Mid-range market rate, dependent on experience
