Summary: The role of Service Designer involves shaping and defining end-to-end services for a newly established area of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and map end-to-end services across digital and offline journeys
  • Conduct and synthesise user research and insights to inform design decisions
  • Create and deliver service blueprints, journey maps, and process maps
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and stakeholders
  • Identify pain points and opportunities to improve service efficiency and user experience
  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, user needs, and operational requirements

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer in complex environments
  • Strong background in user-centred design and design thinking methodologies
  • Experience producing service blueprints, customer journey maps, and ecosystems maps
  • Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or greenfield environments

  • Design and map end-to-end services across digital and offline journeys
