Service Delivery Analyst

Summary: The Service Delivery Analyst role involves supporting the effective delivery and continuous improvement of services by managing incidents, requests, and operational processes. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient service delivery while adhering to Agile practices. The role is remote with occasional on-site requirements in Leeds and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is for 2 months with a daily rate between £300 and £335 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records through to resolution, ensuring timely communication and escalation where required.
  • Support service performance through the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support effective service delivery.
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities including stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependency tracking.
  • Support major incident activities during business hours, ensuring actions and communications are coordinated effectively.
  • Maintain service documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and governance records.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of service management tooling and processes.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within an IT Service Management environment.
  • Strong understanding of Incident, Request, and Problem Management processes.
  • Experience contributing to service reporting and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices.

Looking for a Service Delivery Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery and continuous improvement of services through the management of incidents, requests, reporting, and operational processes. The role works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed service levels, while also supporting Agile delivery practices and service governance activities.

Service Delivery Analyst - 2 months + - £300-335pd Inside IR35 DOE - Full time - Remote with 2 days on site per month in Leeds

This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices.
