Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct administrative tasks and pre-defined support activities for service operations.
  • Maintain service-related data within service systems, including update processing, asset creation & removal, and resolution of contract/invoicing escalations.
  • Support Customer Care Centre teams to ensure service delivery aligns with service level agreements.
  • Ensure data quality within the system and support other functions as required.
  • Collaborate with other CS departments and third-party solution providers on service system tasks.

Key Skills:

  • Previous Administration experience.
  • Experience managing Ibase, system report, and back office administrative activities.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills in MS Office 365.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Healthcare / Customer Service industry experience is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and escalate when necessary.

Location: Remote working (need to commute to Camberley office to pick up IT equipment)

Contract length: 6 month initial contract - Potential to be extended

Rate: 19.85ph PAYE

Hours: 37.25 hours per week

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Service Data Administrator on behalf of Siemens Healthineers, a global company in the Medical Services/Healthcare Services industry. This role is on an initial 6 month contract on a remote basis. The Installed Based System Administrator will support the CS Installed Base systems Manager with administrative tasks and pre-defined support activities for service operations. The Administrator will support the team with technical issues - reporting of errors, data cleansing and exporting data from MS Excel. Any previous experience with SAP or Siebel would be beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the CS Installed Base systems manager you will conduct administrative tasks, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations
  • Maintain service-related data within service systems, including but not limited to update processing, asset creation & removal, and resolution of contract/invoicing escalations
  • You will support our Customer Care Centre teams as required to ensure service delivery is planned and carried out in accordance with service level agreements
  • To be responsible for data quality within the system and support all other functions as required
  • Collaborate with other CS departments and third party solution providers on tasks within the service systems
