Summary: OneLocal is seeking SEO freelancers for a short-term contract to enhance their website's SEO audit and digital presence. The role involves conducting SEO audits, competitor analysis, and ongoing optimizations for Google Business Profiles. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive on-page and technical SEO audits for websites and provide actionable feedback to the internal team.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities to improve or expand existing content.
• Provide reports and insights on each audit to the account management team.
• Ongoing optimizations to Google Business Profiles (GBP).
• Other tasks as required.

Key Skills:

• Experience with content creation or copywriting focused on local SEO.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its relationship to SEO.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of local SEO tactics and strategies, including content optimization and link-building strategies.
• Strong communication skills and experience working within a development team.
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail.
