Summary: The SentinelOne Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for leading the design and deployment of SentinelOne in a secure enterprise environment, with a focus on strategic architectural ownership and hands-on engineering. This role requires expertise in endpoint security and the ability to produce high-quality designs while integrating with SIEM/SOAR platforms. The position is highly remote, with occasional on-site work in Birmingham, and requires eligibility for SC Clearance. The contract extends until March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and on-premises deployment of SentinelOne in a secure enterprise environment.
- Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
- Oversee the build, configuration, and integration across a vast environment.
- Define security requirements and ensure successful deployment to Windows and RHEL endpoints.
- Integrate SentinelOne with SIEM/SOAR platforms like Splunk.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience designing and deploying SentinelOne in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in SentinelOne, endpoint security, threat detection, and response technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality HLDs and LLDs.
- Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Experience integrating SentinelOne with SIEM/SOAR solutions.
- Eligibility for SC Security Clearance.

About the Client
Our client is a large-scale enterprise, operating within a secure, complex technical domain. They are committed to maintaining the highest level of endpoint security and are currently undertaking a critical project to design and implement an on-premises SentinelOne solution. Due to the strategic importance of this deployment, we are now seeking an experienced SentinelOne Architect / Subject Matter Expert to drive this project forward.

The SentinelOne Architect / SME Role:
This role combines strategic architectural ownership with hands-on engineering, focusing specifically on SentinelOne technology for an on-premises deployment. You will own the full lifecycle, from creating High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) to leading the build, configuration, and integration across a vast environment. Your expertise will be crucial in defining security requirements, integrating with SIEM / SOAR platforms like Splunk, and ensuring successful deployment to Windows and RHEL endpoints.
SentinelOne Architect / SME Essential Skills:
- Proven experience designing and deploying SentinelOne specifically within complex enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in SentinelOne, endpoint security, threat detection, and response technologies
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality HLDs and LLDs
- Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure, including virtualisation, networking, and storage
- Experience integrating SentinelOne with SIEM / SOAR solutions
- Experience deploying to both Windows and RHEL endpoints
- Eligibility for SC Security Clearance
