Job Title/Role: Senior Workday Technical Program Manager
Mandatory Skills
Lead implementation assessment, recovery planning, governance, backlog prioritization and launch readiness. Requires Workday stabilization experience across Financials, Accounting Center, Prism, Payroll, LMS, reporting, integrations and production support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years managing large-scale Workday programs.
- Strong technical expertise across:
- Workday HCM
- Workday Financials
- Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
- Workday Security
- Reporting and Analytics
- Workday Extend
- Prism Analytics
- Experience leading global delivery teams and managing multi-million-dollar programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation recovery, stabilization, governance, and transformation programs.
