Senior Workday Learning Consultant responsible for administering and supporting the Workday Learning Management System, including course setup, learner enrollment, training assignments, completion tracking, and issue resolution.
The consultant will develop and maintain Workday Learning reports for managers and business leaders, analyze training data, and provide end-user support.
The role also involves collaborating with training coordinators, trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to coordinate training schedules, maintain training materials, support LMS enhancements, and ensure effective delivery of learning programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Senior Workday Learning Consultant responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the Workday Learning Management System.
- Manage course setup, learner enrollment, training assignments, completion tracking, and learning records within Workday Learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Learning functional and technical issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
- Partner with training coordinators, trainers, SMEs, managers, and business stakeholders to schedule and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain the training calendar, session schedules, learner information, and training resources.
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 end-user support for Workday Learning, including enrollment, course access, training materials, and completion-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain Workday Learning reports for managers, department leaders, and training teams, including training completion and learner activity reports.
- Collect and analyze training data, completion metrics, learner feedback, and performance information to provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain training documentation, user guides, job aids, and course materials.
- Maintain a centralized repository for training documentation and ensure materials are current and accessible.
- Coordinate with trainers, managers, SMEs, and project teams to ensure training activities align with business and project objectives.
- Support training logistics, including session scheduling, training room coordination, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and other administrative activities.
- Support Workday Learning testing, data validation, issue resolution, and system enhancements as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of training schedules, changes, issues, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve Workday Learning processes, reporting, user experience, and training administration.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Learning/LMS.
