Summary: We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to spearhead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations. This role requires collaboration with various business stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams to create scalable integration solutions while ensuring data accuracy and enhancing Workday system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations (Core Connectors, Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
- Ensure data integrity, error handling, and system security across all integrations.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on integration best practices.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend improvements to integration architecture.
- Document technical solutions, integration workflows, and system configurations.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of Workday experience, with at least 12+ years in Workday Integration development.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Cloud Connect, PECI, PICOF.
- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and APIs.
- Solid understanding of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance modules.
- Experience with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Workday Integration certification preferred.
